In order for my existing business in accounting services to grow, in order for me to leverage the skills of my employees, I would have to work smarter, not harder. I wanted to create a new program that served those clients with a very specific challenge that used my accounting expertise. I had an outline and some research, but I was bogged down in too many choices on the marketing and business promotion. I shared about how the specific client would be served with this program.
